The Manufactured Housing Industry is booming! More and more people are turning to manufactured housing for affordable housing now more than ever. The MH industry is in need of skilled workers for setup and installation of homes. To meet that need the Manufactured Housing Association is recruiting skilled workers like yourself to train for this career path. We are hosting an 8-hour training course followed by 5 days of paid on-the-job training with a licensed installer crew for those interested in making home installation their new career path.

Sales Assistants

Cairn Communities is looking for 2 motivated Sales Assistants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality and have excellent written and oral communication skills.  The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing tours of vacant homes, advertising homes for sale through various platforms, and providing excellent customer service to current and potential homeowners.  Sales or community management experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate! The position requires daily use of computers and knowledge of Microsoft office. Hourly base pay, plus commissions, and full benefits!   *Covid Vaccine required for Employment*
